Registration:

All the participants make registration in advance before Nov. 15th, 2013. Registration fees of the workshop are as follows:

Please make a registration by filling and sending the either of the forms: [English ( Word/ PDF) , or Japanese ( Word/ PDF) ], and send us with email: beppu-office [at] oita-u.ac.jp or fax: +81975547886.
Registration fee should be paid by domestic (Japanese) bank transfer to the bank account to be prepared, or by on-site payment.
We only accept cash payment in Japanese yen on site.
At least one author of the accepted paper must make a registration. In case no author of an accepted paper makes registration, the paper will not be published; that is, the paper is dealt as if it was rejected.

Finantial Support for Students:

IPSJ Kyushu Chapter will provide IPSJ student members with a certain amount of financial support for travel expenses.
