「火の国情報シンポジウム2020」の現地開催を中止する判断に至りました。
同シンポジウムの予稿集は、支部WEBページを通じて公表し、これをもって
発表済みとみなします。
論文を未提出の方は、予定通り登録手続きを進めてください。
参加費は、徴収いたしません。
現在、発表資料（スライド）や九州支部奨励賞表彰の取り扱い等について
検討しています。
詳細は、後日、改めてお知らせいたします。

発表申込フォームにて、論文題目・発表者・所属・連絡先(住所、tel、e-mail)・
アブストラクト(100字程度)、キーワード等を記入してお申込ください。
発表申込フォームは、シンポジウムWebページからリンクしています。
キーワードは、情報処理学会の論文誌投稿用のキーワード

の中から３つ程度を選び、コードとともに記入ください。
例: 2010101 グラフ理論、2010102 組み合わせ理論、...
なお、申込期間終了後、e-mailにて受付番号とパスワードを発行いたします。
その受付番号を用いて、下記の■論文について■にしたがって論文を投稿してください。
発表申込フォームに入力する際には、WebブラウザとしてInternet Explorerの使用を推奨します。
発表申込フォームへの入力後、申込確認のメールが届きます。
このメールに記載されたURLにアクセスすることで、発表申込が完了します。

論文発表はできるだけ受け付ける予定ですが、希望の多い場合には制限させていただく場合があります。

遠方より参加発表する学生で、情報処理学会の学生会員、かつ大学等からの旅費の負担が難しい方には、旅費の一部を補助いたします。ご希望の方は発表申込フォームにてお知らせください。ただし、予算に限りがありますので、ご希望に添えない場合もある点をあらかじめご了承ください。
尚、発表当日までに情報処理学会への入会申請中の学生も補助の対象となります。

(2) 原稿形式
論文原稿の形式は、情報処理学会研究会に準じます。

原稿は、A4用紙を縦に使った横書き2段組で、8ページまでとします。
第1ページには、日本語と英語で、論文題目、著者名、所属、概要(日本語300字/英語100語)を記入してください。
第1ページに本文を含んでかまいません。
スタイルファイルを用いる場合には、次のヘッダが付くことを確認してください。
「情報処理学会研究報告
IPSJ SIG Technical Report」
また、フッタの著作権表示の年は2020としてください。
(3) 原稿提出方法
最終原稿のPDFファイルを 論文投稿フォーム から投稿してください。
その際、申込時に発行された受付番号を用いて、ファイル名を「受付番号.pdf」としてください。
なお、投稿は何度行っても構いません。締切前の最新の原稿を最終原稿といたします。
「著作権譲渡契約書」の郵送は不要です。

火の国情報シンポジウム開催日より、情報処理学会九州支部HPに最終原稿の電子ファイルを*全て*公開する予定です(今年から非公開の扱いはありませんのでご注意ください)。

2020年3月9日(月)のセッション終了後に、学内生協で懇親会を開催する予定です。
参加される方は、発表申込もしくは原稿提出の際に、お知らせください。当日の受付もいたします。
会費は学生1,000円、一般3,000円の予定です。

Applying for Presentation:
1) How to apply -
Open the Application Form. Enter the title of the paper, name, affiliation and contact address/ telephone/ fax and e-mail of the applicant along with submission of the abstract (approx. 100 words) and key words of the paper.
The Application Form is linked to the Symposium's webpage.
Choose preferably three keywords among a list shown in the following file;

and submit with the attached codes;
e.g. "2010101 graph theory", "2010102 theory of combination" et al.
After the application is successfully accepted, your Reception Number and password will be given by e-mail.
Using the password, submit the whole paper according to the following "About the Paper".
Use of Internet Explorer is recommended as the web browser when applying through the Application Form.
Upon completion of application to the form, an e-mail of confirmation will be sent to make sure of your application.
Access the URL shown in the e-mail, and your application will be finalized.
2) Application period -

3) Notification of selection results -
As many number of presentation as possible will be accepted, but we may have to limit the number of candidates in case the submission of papers should exceed our capacity.
Authors of papers that are not to be chosen for presentation will be informed of the circumstances by Tue., Feb. 18, 2020.
Should there be a case that no notification reaches with regard to the selection results, please contact the address or number as shown below.

Students attending from distant places may be granted a part of travelling expense provided that he/ she is a student member of Information Processing Society of Japan and that the university he/she attends cannot support his/ her travelling expenses. Please apply for it through the Application Form, assenting in advance that there are cases where aids may not be provided complying with requests. `A student member of Information Processing Society of Japan' includes both current members and those who have already applied for a membership, waiting for an approval. Please refer to the final part of this document for an application procedure.

The format of the paper to be submitted is subject to that of Information

Maximum volume of the article is eight(8) pages, written in a two column portrait layout on A4 sized papers.
On the first page, the title, author's name and affiliation and abstract of the academic paper are to be written down using both English and Japanese.
Text sentences can be written on the first page, if applicable.
When using a stylefile, please confirm it includes the following headers: IPSJ SIG Technical Report.
In addition, the year describing the copyright in the footer is 2020.
3) How to submit the paper -
Please use our Submission Format to submit your manuscript made into a PDF file.
When submitting, your Reception Number issued on application must also be shown by naming your file as "the Reception Number.pdf".
You can submit your manuscript more than once, deeming the final submission as the finalized version.

6) Encouragement Awards -
Those who come under all four categories as shown below are eligible for Encouragement Awards:
1. A presenter who is under 35 of age on Apr.1 coming after the presentation
2. A registered applicant as a presenter who actually has performed a presentation
3. A presenter who have never received an Encouragement Award prior to this Symposium
4. A member of Information Processing Society of Japan

7) Publishing finalized manuscripts on-line -
>From opening of the Symposium, electronic files of finalized manuscripts will be open to public.
The social gathering:
After the session on Mon., March 9, 2020, a social gathering for the presenters will be held at the co‐op canteen. Please let us know if you wish to attend it, or sign up for it at the reception desk on the day. The participation fees are \3,000(JPY) for general and \1,000(JPY) for student. The finalized amount will be announced later.
